Shipping

Shipping Policy

Orders are typically prepared and shipped within 2–3 business days after the order is placed. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.

Mystic Mysteries currently ships within the United States only. International shipping is not available at launch, but we hope to expand worldwide in the future.

Shipping charges and available delivery options are shown at checkout. Carrier delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by weather, holidays, or other delays outside our control.

Returns

Returns & Refunds

Mystery Boxes

Mystery boxes may be returned within 30 days of delivery provided the returned items are unused and in their original condition. Please email Mystic Mysteries before sending a return so we can provide return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for standard returns.

Individual Crystals

Individual crystal sales are returnable only if the crystal arrives broken or damaged. Damage must be reported within 15 days of delivery.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return or damage claim has been reviewed and approved.

When something goes wrong

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If an item arrives broken, damaged, or your order is incorrect, contact us within 15 days of delivery at mysticmysteriesshop@gmail.com.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and the packaging it arrived in. When possible, we will offer a replacement. If a replacement is unavailable, we will issue a refund for the damaged or incorrect item. If a return shipment is needed because an order arrived damaged or incorrect, Mystic Mysteries will cover or arrange the return shipping.

Privacy Policy

When you place an order or contact Mystic Mysteries, we may receive information such as your name, email address, shipping address, order details, mystery-box preferences, and messages you send to us. We use this information to process and fulfill orders, provide customer support, communicate about your purchase, and operate the shop.

Checkout and payment processing are handled through Shopify and its payment services. Mystic Mysteries does not directly receive or store your full payment-card number through this website. Shipping carriers and other service providers may receive the information necessary to perform services connected with your order.

Third-party services used by the website, including Shopify and our website host, have their own privacy practices. By using the site and checkout, you may also be subject to the terms and privacy policies of those providers.

By placing an order with Mystic Mysteries, you agree to the prices, product descriptions, shipping terms, and policies presented at the time of purchase.

Mystery Products

Mystery-box photos and descriptions show examples of the kinds of items that may be included. Exact contents vary from order to order. Customer likes and dislikes are used as a guide, but specific crystals, colors, shapes, themes, or items are not guaranteed.

Natural Crystals

Crystals are natural materials and may contain variations in color, pattern, texture, inclusions, pits, or other natural characteristics. These variations are not necessarily defects.

Availability & Pricing

Products, promotions, prices, and availability may change. If we are unable to fulfill an order because of an inventory or listing error, we may contact you to arrange a substitute when appropriate or cancel and refund the affected portion of the order.
